Unified messaging allows you to check your voice mail messages from your e-mail anywhere around the world. Recipients can then play the message over the multimedia facilities on the PC with no special client software. The system will allow users to manage voice messages, fax messages and e-mails from one easy to use GUI interface on the desk top.
The DV 2000 unified messaging platform is designed for seamless integration with your existing phone system. DuVoice specializes in integration with Avaya and is an Avaya Development Connect Partner. The DV 2000 runs on the Windows XP operating system and can come in an optional rack mountable cabinet. Set up of the system is easy. All systems come with a built in modem for remote support and programming. Installation and free training only takes a couple of hours.
